Congressman Says Illegal Aliens Voted For Obama And Helped Make Him President

In the heat of the moment, Rep. Gutierrez admitted that non-citizens voted in the 2008 election that elevated Barack Obama to President of the United States.

“This is the Barack Obama I have been waiting for and that Latino and immigrant voters helped put in office,” said Rep. Luis Gutiérrez (D-Ill).

In sharing his joy over Obama’s latest immigration policy with the Latino community, Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) let it slip that “immigrant voters” helped put Obama in the White House. It is illegal for immigrants — legal or illegal — to vote in U.S. elections.

Gutierrez confirms what many in the U.S. already believe: Illegal aliens are voting in U.S. elections — to the benefit of the Democrat Party — and each time an illegal alien votes, it cancels out a vote cast by a U.S. citizen.

“The President and members of his Administration must enforce this nation’s laws, just as they have sworn in their oaths of office to do,” said the visibly angry Congressman King.

“This new non-enforcement policy announced by the Obama Administration Thursday is a blatant attempt to grant amnesty to potentially millions of illegal aliens in this country, and is totally unacceptable. In reality, this decision to vastly expand the exercise of ‘prosecutorial discretion’ in enforcing our federal immigration laws means that the Administration will now be, in a huge number of cases, simply ignoring those laws,” said King.

    A reader responded:

The real question here is how this could possibly come as any surprise?

    • President Obama turned 150 years of bankruptcy law on its head to place unions in front of secured creditors during the GM bankruptcy.
    • By executive order, decreed that stimulus dollars spend on infrastructure projects could only be staffed by union workers.
    • He ordered FED Chairman Ben Bernanke to transfer the equivalent of Brazil’s total GDP to the big banks, ostensibly to ‘loosen’ credit. No legislation required.
    • His DoJ refused to prosecute clear violations of the Voting Right Act because the defendants were persons of color.
    • Passed a law that mandates, under penalty, that each and every US citizen must purchase a government approved product from a government approved vendor.
    • His DoJ sued a sovereign state to stop that state from enforcing an immigration law directly patterned after federal immigration law.
    • Announced that his administration would no longer enforce duly passed and signed legislation (the DOMA) because he personally feels it to be outside his personal definition of ‘constitutional’.
    • His NLRB has sued an American manufacturer claiming they have no standing to open a manufacturing operation in a ‘right to work’ state.
    • His BATF, FBI, and DoJ have been caught ‘red-handed’ in a gun transfer scheme that placed weapons in the hands of Mexican Drug Cartels in order to frame the gun control debate.
So now Mr. Kouri is concerned about the citizenship status of potential voters? A reasonable concern; but as Bruce Willis once said; “Welcome to the party pal!”

Well this might be the understatement of the century.
